Despite the title, I am not talking about a new metal band or horror movie. Today I talk about dealing with my grief since my special lady friend passed away last year and one of those methods for dealing with grief is to write a letter to the person you lost. I started writing letters to my late wife to help cope with her loss and I share some of my findings on the practice as well as share my own letter.

Hope all is doing well for you dudes and get ready to break out the tissues cuz this one is a tear jerker... well, it was for me anyway.
