Canadian Captain, Peter Baarda, is the owner of J&G Quality Meats and is the leader of the newly formed Team Canada, who will compete in the World Butchers' Challenge next year for the very first time. Peter  joins us on the last episode of Season 2 to share his experience being a three-time (undefeated) winner of Ontario's Finest Butcher Competition and explains how this competition gave him the nudge to get back into full time cutting. 

As a self confessed 'Shit Disturber' and myself being a proud 'Shit Stirrer', we chat about the expected rivalries between our home countries (Canada and Australia) and our neighbours (U.S.A and New Zealand).
