Nate Costa grew up in the small rural town of Hilmar, Ca. A three-sport athlete in high school. Recruited to the University of Oregon to play QB for the Ducks. Nate had an injury-riddled career, but found ways to contribute to the steady rise of Oregon Football from 2006 to 2010. He coached elite levels of football at the collegiate and HS levels. With stops at Oregon, IMG Academy, UCLA and Nevada. Currently running the Launch Oregon fund for the University of Oregon Foundation where his team makes Seed investments in University of Oregon innovators. He is a devoted family man with two young daughters. He resides in Eugene, OR.

Nate was a beacon of light for me when I arrived at Oregon. There is not better person to study and emulate yourself after.
