We are back with another special guest, this time we are joined by Justin Craig, AKA Big Cat. You may remember Justin from when we first started - he was one of our original members and was one of our very first coaches.

Justin ended up moving back home to Grand Rapids, Michigan in 2016 in search of a better work life balance. We walks us through his story of how the stress of his occupation never let him, and got to the point where he started having health related issues due to stress. Realizing he was headed for trouble, he made the hard decision to pursue a better quality of life.
