Here is another solo episode with Stephone. The theme seems to be that if Trev and I can't get together for an episode we will at least give you a solo one ones a week!

For this week, our #MVMNTMotivation episode was inspired by Tim Grover (if you don't know who he is, you're missing out and you need to look him up). Anyways, I heard him say on an interview this past week "Success is a sprint within a marathon..". That might not be word for word what he said but it is pretty close. But man, this simple quote was so impactful for me I had to share it with you!
