Following the last episode on foods that are affecting your sleep, I will talk in this episode about drinks and how they can affect your sleep. There are drinks that can promote good, deep sleep, and then there are also drinks that can negatively affect your sleep and rather stimulate you. Listen in to get an insight onto drinks that are soothing, and calming and therefore ideal to have in the evenings before bedtime. I will also let you know what drinks to avoid before bedtime to make sure they don't affect your sleep or lead to sleep interruptions at night.
Besides a good sleep hygiene and habits that can help promote sleep, being aware of the drinks you have before bedtime and how they can affect your sleep, can lead to better sleep in the long run.
