Our expert today is an amazing woman, a wonderful speaker, and a great example for all the mothers out there. Her name is Erin Brown. In this interview we spoke about her journey to losing 100 pounds and how you can achieve that transformation with less effort and less time. We talked about loving our body now, and what habits to implement create a foundation for self love and self care. We also talked about how exercises can you help you overcome depression and what you can do to start asserting your body now.
Here are some things about Erin:
Erin is a writer, speaker, personal trainer and a devoted mother. With her daughter as
her compass she is working to change the landscape of what it means to be a girl and a woman.
“She believes in autonomy, self-care, and authenticity. Her work aims to help women come home
to their bodies, to take up as much space as they need, and to find their voices and own desires
in their lives.”
She wrote a book that is called AS IS and it’s a 21 day practice for finding home and peace
in your skin. Erin is a frequent guest at Self Love, Fitness and Female Empowerment conferences.
I love her confidence and how she took things into her own hands when it wasn’t going right for her. All the negative talk she faced would have many of us walking the other way, instead, she took it upon herself and took the steps she needed to find her own path.
