On this week's episode of Who Cares?! I talk to Saint Paul icon Marvin Anderson about the historically black neighborhood of Rondo in Minnesota. After Rondo was bulldozed to put a highway in its place, something had to be done to restore the thriving community that was destroyed. On this episode, Marvin discusses his efforts to rebuild Rondo, and what inspired him to have a 'no limits' mentality after graduating almost last in his high school class.
