On this special episode Gabriel talks with former political prisoner Prontip Mankhong, who was jailed under Les Majeste laws, about their time in Bangkok Central Women’s Prison. Prontip has also written a book about their time in prison ‘All They Could Do To Us’ which is current being translated into English.

Then Samai joins us to discuss the Thai carceral state more broadly, which has one of the largest prison populations in the world.
