Alvaro Aro is a Marine Corps veteran and current Director of Photography in St. Louis. We got a chance to sit down and talk about his transition out of the military and how he progressed from the C100 camera system, to the Arri Alexa Mini and Movi Pro he uses/owns today. He gives a ton of advice about how reputation and work ethic will get you ahead in this field.
