So I launched my podcast a few weeks ago, but I just recently launched my podcast to my friends and family (duh duh DUHHHHHHHH). Anyways I received some comments that made me see that the clarity of my podcast was not there.  So allow me to rebrand and bring some more clarity.  The goal is to recognize our failures and MOVE FORWARD!  I think in the beginning it could have been seen more as beating myself down and self-deprecation.  So with that, I decided to bring more clarity to myself and the podcast in this new episode.
