Leadership is when you give without expectation. You show up and do the right thing. It’s similar to love.

So what is love? A good way to describe it, is like that of a dog; unconditional. It’s enthusiastic, and it’s given without any expectation. So maybe leadership is stepping up and doing what is right.

Sharing, caring and making a difference!

Leadership is looking to help, without thinking about what YOU’RE getting out of it.

It’s giving a smile to someone, it’s looking to make an impression.

Appreciate the small things. Fill yourself up with love, and end the critic that’s in your head. When you start filling yourself up, you can start giving!

If you find yourself without love, you tend to seek it elsewhere... and that isn’t the best strategy.

Be willing to do what needs to be done without keeping score. Do it because it’s the right thing. If you do this, the universe will provide for you. Some people don’t do this because they think their isn’t

enough resources going around. That’s a scarcity mindset, and not practical.

There’s egocentric and world-centric. Once you fill up yourself, you can then give to the world.

It’s about being bold and brave, but not brash.

You don’t need a reason to laugh either.

What you repress is something you didn’t receive in your life. The emotion goes from resistance, to repression, to where it’s presented everywhere.

A child doesn’t give a smile or a hug with a desire to get something back, it just naturally shows up that way.
