In today’s episode, Jake and Dustin discuss the one barrier that will prevent from you from being better: YOU.  It is easy to blame others and not take responsibility for your actions but all that is doing is making yourself the victim.  We grew up with role models like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone and Carl Weathers (RIP) who did anything in order to overcome adversity.  We have all experienced the dark side but ultimately it comes down to “Do or do not.  There is no try.”- Yoda
