Juan is an Instructor of Marketing at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and has a Doctorate in Psychology. He began his career leading sales teams and developing strategies for Nokia in South American and China. He runs a consulting business on leadership, diversity, and inclusion, and is the Author of "The Shadow of Bias on Leadership"
