This week, I’m going to be exploring how perfectionism is holding you back. For a lot of my life, I wanted to be perfect. I wanted to have the perfect body, I wanted the perfect relationship, I’ve been married before and I put my husband and myself under a lot of pressure for that to be perfect. I wanted the perfect house, the perfect car, the perfect holiday and so on. All of this, trying to be perfect, made me miserable. It really held me back and it kept me small. It kept me in chains, I call it the chains of perfectionism and so many women at the top know this feeling. So within this episode, I’m going to give you some top tips to help you overcome perfectionism.
