I’m so excited to introduce you our expert today, Dr Belisa Vranich. Today we are going to talk about breathing. Before this, I never paid much attention to how I breathe. Seriously, with all the buzz in life, do I really have to pay attention to that too? I’m already eating healthy and stay on top of my fitness routine. I hold myself accountable and stay motivated in my routines. How important can breathing be when you’re on top of your game?
I was skeptical about Dr Belisa’s teachings at first, but when I applied some of her strategies, I shaved off 4 minutes from my 7 mile running time!
