Today’s topic is something that totally riles me. It is something that has been bothering me for years, and I still see it happening everywhere.
How many times have you worked out with a trainer or a friend and they told you what everyone else in the fitness industry is telling you, “Women do not bulk up.” I have seen this happen over and over again, I even shared an argument I got into with a bootcamp instructor about how I chose to train my legs.
The golden question, “Do women really bulk?” YES. I have seen this happen in myself and my clients, and my experience tells me that there are ways to change that. Is there a way to condition the body to focus on spots that we want to work on? Make that a double YES.
You can choose to spot condition and tone your body to the look that you desire. Everyone has a different reason to work out. It is important to do what makes you feel sexy and confident and not what everyone else tells you to do.
