John DiMenno is a professional construction and damage consultant who’s focus includes; residential, commercial and industrial structures. john has been involved in the construction industry for the past 36 years. For the first 10 years of his career, John worked in the field as a carpenter and foreman on numerous residential and commercial projects. John transitioned to construction and restoration project management for approximately 3 years. Beginning in 2000, John turned his focus to damage consulting and has continued to build his career within this segment of the industry. To date, John has completed approximately 1,500 consulting projects.

John has extensive experience in evaluating and estimating building damages, including; cause of loss determination, building replacement cost, water, microbial, odor, smoke and fire damage investigations. Additionally, John has extensive experience in construction project management and code compliance evaluations.
