If you're after meat industry enthusiasts, Norman Nesby Jr has passion in spades! Having attended culinary school with the sole focus of working as a butcher, his skills don't stop at just cutting meat. Norman is also the co-founder of Black Butchers United, an organisation that provides resources, education and fellowship for folk from the African Diaspora and  supporters across the world. Adding on to this, he is the co-founder of Butchers Lounge Live, helping to host live conversations with butchers from all over the world.
