On this episode Jeff goes over the multiple mistakes he made on a recent Seller Finance deal and how to avoid them up front with a little more due diligence. Jeff explains that if he had obtained some key information up front he would have made more money on the deal also listen closely to how he found the deal and also the exit strategies he plans on using. This is a simple deal but yet it is very creative and was a win/win for the Seller, the Agent, (who couldn't get the property sold) the Buyer and Jeff. It does't get any better than that. Enjoy!
