Brian Witlin is a serial entrepreneur and design leader who has co-founded and led several companies to successful acquisitions from the likes of Whirlpool & Crocs. Brian currently serves as the VP and Head of Product at PAX Labs, leading innovation & science-backed research in the cannabis space.

Prior to his tenure at PAX, Brian served as the CEO at Yummly and led the company from early product development, product scaling to over 35M users, through a successful acquisition by Whirlpool Corporation.  Prior to his tenure at Yummly, Brian was a co-founder of ShopWell, the first personalized nutrition app (acquired).

Brian lectures at Stanford University's Hasso Platner Institute of Design, serves as a startup advisor to a number of companies across consumer products and software, and has held EIR (Entrepreneur in Residence) positions at IDEO and StartX.

Brian holds an M.S. in Engineering and Design from Stanford University and a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. He is a classically trained artist/draftsman represented by two galleries, a pro-level house DJ, and an aspiring mixed martial artist & power lifter.
