In this episode I’m joined by powerhouse leader Ericka Kelly. Ericka is a John Maxwell certified speaker, coach and trainer, also currently serving as a Senior Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security, and retired Command Chief Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force Reserve Command.

Starting her story as 5 year old girl in Guatemala, Chief Kelly shares the challenging beginning of her journey and the mindset she developed to reach the highest enlisted executive level of leadership in the military, as well as gifting  us with her best advice to those stuck in their limiting beliefs.
