During our two-day immersion in LIFt we talked about what it means as Leaders to “Play A Bigger Game” in life personally and professionally.  One of the key pieces in this is “you’ve got to invest Mind, Body, Spirit”.  If we are not taking care of ourselves and making us the priority in the Bigger Game, how can we give back to others? We can for a little while however burnout is sure to set in.  There are so many components to investing in ourselves and I can’t wait to dive into this with you all.

Today’s guest has served in senior management roles in marketing for two television networks, teaches a course at Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film & Television here in Los Angeles, and is the founder of his own consulting firm specializing in marketing and communications, SD Creative Consulting.
