Over the past couple of months, I’ve been running online Start Your Podcast days and oh my goodness they’ve been received so well!

I’m running another one before the end of the year on 11th December and as I’ve had so many questions about it I thought it would be good to do an episode on how to get the most from a Start Your Podcast Day.

The days are for a small group of people who are ready to get started in the next 1-2 months.

Here's what we cover on the day:

They run from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and we have a working lunch from 12:30-2 pm - you get time to eat lunch but then you have some work to do!

The days are very interactive and you have to come along prepared to work! You’re definitely not going to be listening to me talk all day. You're there to learn!

• Schedule in half a day each quarter to plan your podcast content

• Decide on your launch date
