Mike Shaw is a retired law enforcement officer with a passion for building relationships in his community. While an officer in Pennsylvania, videos of him skateboarding with community members went viral, earning Mike a reputation as a cop who cared, but also ultimately leading to his leaving the force.

Now known as "@Ink_Monsterr" of Goon Squad Tactical, he joins Beav to address calls to defund the police, the importance of dialogue, earning respect, and how good fathers can make all the difference in their home and community
