Sara Povey is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California and Co-Founder of Empower Therapy and Coaching, a virtual private practice. Sara has worked in substance abuse treatment for over 7 years and is an EMDR practitioner, specialized in trauma therapy, shadow work, and sexuality.
