Felicia (Martin) Cochran was 26 years old when she disappeared from Pell City, Alabama on June 11, 1992. It’s important to note that her date of disappearance is wrong on The Charley Project and Doe Network websites, which is disappointing. Felicia is a black woman, 5’3, 135 pounds. She has pierced ears and may wear eyeglasses. If she is alive, she would be 58 years old.
