This Episode I will go into more detail about good and bad Habits and the two craving wolves. I start the episode with a short story regarding the question "What, you're not drinking?". Don't let this question discourage you or make you think that you can't be social anymore, you can be. If you need to change your circle of influence to people with the same mentality as you, do it.
I continue talking about the bad wolf and how you should not attempt to stop all your bad habits at once, set a goal, focus on one, conquer it and only then start with the next one. the same goes for good habits, if you are going to add 5 new habits to your daily routine/life you may feel overwhelmed and before you know it not following any one of them. I touch a bit on the belief part of stopping or changing  habit and that it is important to believe that you can achieve it (I believe in you and you need to believe in yourself. Stay safe, Stay strong and most of all stay Unique.
