Joe is former outward bound instructor, a river and mountain guide & an EMT. He has a degree from University of Colorado in Political Science and Economics, MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Colorado State University. Joe is currently the co-founder at Desta Technologies, a client lead generation platform for freelance guides and adventure outfitters   Britten Ferguson grew up in Eastern Washington before going to the business school at the University of Washington.
