Ep #058: Dating Dining Out Survival Trick!

Hi sexy ladies and welcome back to Sexyfit Podcast!

If you are tuning in for the first time, this is our fun love month of February where we are addressing relationships, love and self-love. Today we are discussing a very, very important topic when it comes to a happy, healthy and sexy dating and relationship life.

This is an amazing question that came from my community: “How can I keep my exercise and nutrition regiment in check while I’m dating?”

When you are dating, you might end up going out 2-3 times a week, which often means eating out at restaurants. It might be tough to stick to your macronutrient breakdown or to know what to choose from the menu.

So how to stay on top of your nutrition and fitness game?

Today I’ll teach you something special that has saved me many times before. Let me tell you this - I’m not a carb crazy person, but that doesn’t mean carbs are bad for you and that you shouldn’t eat grains or brad, or have a glass of wine. Sexyfit lifestyle is all about flexibility, really having a choice of what you eat, and never ever feeling deprived. In the Sexyfit method women notice that they eat much more carbs than in any other nutritional approach they tried before.

If you are going out for dinner, there are lots of opportunities to over-indulge in carbohydrates – there are drinks, bread, entrée meals or dessert. If you have them together, you are most likely hitting your limit very closely.

So here is my biggest suggestion for you.

Use the ONE CARB RULE.

That way you won’t feel deprived, you'll feel like you have the opportunity to celebrate the evening and you'll feel included. Once carb rule basically says that you can choose one carb. You either have bread, or you have carbs in your entrée, or a drink, or a dessert, but not ALL of these carbs back to back. I believe that is the best way to go because then we have the choice, we feel included in the conversation and not feel isolated and sad, or stick out as weirdoes who don’t eat anything. One carb rule helps you feel full, feel included, have a choice of what kind of carb you will have for that meal, and it also helps you keep your macros in check.
