Buckaroo invents a device that allows him to travel through solid matter, inadvertently discovering a plot by the Lectroids to conquer Earth. With his team, the Hong Kong Cavaliers, Buckaroo must stop the Lectroids and their human collaborators, the Black Lectroids.
