I'm sure you're heard the phrase 'be intentional' now and again and perhaps you wonder what people mean by that or maybe you do understand what they mean, but aren't exactly sure HOW to be more intentional with and in your life. Going into the new year, I didn't have any resolutions but I knew that 2019 was my year of being more intentional. 

I’m sure everyone has a different approach that they would take if they chose to live intentionally, but in this episode I’d like to share with you the methods I've been taking thus far.
