Episode 06 Generator Coaching Session with Katie.

In this episode I talk about why I decided to release a Generator coaching session I did a couple of weeks back, and how it tied in nicely to a listener’s e-mail questions. In the coaching call we discuss:

· Details about Katie’s human design chart.

· How she might feel or hear her sacral sound differently because of her gate 34 activation.

· How to get out of the mind, so that we can feel the answers in our bodies better. 

· How Katie’s cognition and sense play into how her sacral receives information.

· How to tell when the mind is trying to block you or answer for the sacral.

· What it means to actually respond.
