Today we are discussing something that is quite an urgent matter for your apprenticeship program due to how the Department of Labor regulations have changed. In 2016, the DOL stated that disabled individuals were not getting the opportunities they needed and set a goal of reaching 7% disabled individuals in each apprenticeship program.
