How many times have we met people who are so overly-confident about themselves, but also oh-so often wrong? How many times have we met extremely intelligent people who doubt themselves? In today's discussion, we talk about this common phenomenon - also known as the Dunning-Kruger Effect. Along with our guest for today's episode Tejasvee Prasad (IG: @tejasvee_prasad), we share our experiences with meeting people with this cognitive bias, identifying this bias within ourselves, and possible ways to consciously overcoming the Dunning-Kruger Effect.
