This epsiode is about contrast and the reason why it exists. I often asked myself in the past: "Why is this happening to me?", "Why do I have to endure this?". The thing is that contrast shows up in our life for a simple reason: so that we know what feels good, what we want more of and what we don't want at all. I want to explain to you through various examples why sometimes contrast is needed so a certain cycle is given and why often it shows up for you through stories you hear or even manifestations you don't like - so you know what you want for your life, what feels good and right for you and what you don't want or need to experience at all. I hope through this episode you realize the importance of contrast and use it to get where you want to go :) Don't linger at the contrast, accept that it is here for a reason and then align yourself with where you really want to go and what you really want to experience.
