This week's episode features Joe Maloy, a recently retired U.S. Olympic Triathlete who competed at the 2016 games in Rio de Janeiro. A New Jersey native, Joe represented his country at events in 21 different countries and anchored for Team USA at the first ever mixed team relay in 2016.
