Are you "addicted to chaos"?  This came up for me in therapy this week and my  evolvement around who I used to be.  Some of us go through patterns where we don't even realize what is driving us is the drama or extreme of one emotion to another.  I share with you all my discoveries wrapped around my experience in this.
