On today's episode, I have guest Abby Forsyth who is former basketball player at Corban University in Salem Oregon. Abby offers a unique prospective as she was cleared in December 2019 from her first ACL, played 10 games her senior year and unfortunately suffered a re-tear. Abby shares her rehab process from her first surgery and what she is currently feeling before her second surgery.
