Fear speak the language of doubt. It doesn't ask for permission to walk into our lives. It just does. Fear can be as mild as concern and as great as dread, but all in all, it's still this pesky thing that holds us back from embracing our truest selves and walking confidently in our purposes.
Since fear has made itself a constant 'companion' to the human experience, I think it would be beneficial for us to spend our energy in training our fear instead of eradicating it.
