Katya spent her career working in male-dominated industries such as finance, food manufacturing, auto, and entertainment. She experienced first hand the damage of working 60-hour weeks in an effort to maintain a competitive advantage with her male cohorts, while raising three kids and getting little sleep, resulted in a decline in her health.
