Sarah Hall is a counselor, yoga instructor, and an inspiring Christ-follower. She is married to worship singer, Charlie Hall! Sarah shares a lot about the journey she and Charlie took to decide to date and she also shares about healing. We do talk about trauma in this episode and steps in getting through it. She tells us that God has a timing for revealing our trauma to us and we need to be compassionate with ourselves. God is always going to move toward you, not shame you.
