For the past week I’ve been going through some tough life challenges and decisions. I’ve had one day where I cried 3 times while speaking to 3 different friends.
And so this entire week, I didn’t feel like spontaneously showing my face on social media. I didn’t feel as excited to use my voice. And it’s NORMAL. Dealing with ups and downs is part of life. Owning our Voice is down to how we HANDLE It.
