Let's talk about sex! The topic of sex can be a difficult one, because is it often considered taboo or shameful. And while the media tends to glamourize sex, real-life sexual experiences aren't always all they're cracked up to be. Were here to seek growth in our body, mind, and spirit - so we can't neglect our growth as sexual beings. We decided to start by uncovering how our sex (mis)education has shaped our sexual experiences. We're by no means sex experts, and there's no way we can cover every scope of sexual experience, but we got vulnerable and learned a lot from this discussion. Please note that we are speaking a lot from the context of heterosexual relationships - and there's a lot more grounds to cover but this is only the beginning of our exploration of the subject. This episode isn't just about the act of sex, it's about self-worth, re-learning, and healing.
