Jayna Pettersen is a University Professor & Freelance Online Course Designer helping overwhelmed entrepreneurs, coaches, course and membership site creators develop highly profitable and engaging online learning experiences. More recently, she is branching out to help church ministry leaders and non-profits with their internal volunteer training and ministry leadership development which dovetails with her 10 + years as a volunteer manager at her church in Puyallup, WA.
