We are super excited to introduce Mike Sagun’s episode on the show today. Mike brought this work into my life and introduced me to men’s work back when I was working as a life coach and career coach in San Francisco. I found this work that I didn’t even know I needed and I had no idea other men needed it too. It not only changed my relationship with myself but with others too. And for that, I am truly grateful to Mike.

There’s a connotation to being an unshakeable man that just doesn’t sit right with me because on the inside I know that to truly become unshakeable, you have to have the courage and be willing to show your heart to be open to learn, grow, and discover. What jumps out to me in this work the most is the realization of what I’m carrying in the real world, and in my life. The unshakeable man has courage, and having courage means to open your heart, to relax, and to connect to your life and your relationships.
