Hi sister and welcome back to the Sexyfit Podcast!

My guest today makes it very simple to get fit.

Dan Wells is one of the top fitness trainers in the US, CrossFit expert and celebrity trainer who has starred on NBC’s new fitness competition show “STRONG.” He is also the owner of the CrossFit Horsepower gyms throughout Southern California, now the home to hundreds of clients and celebrities. On the competitive front, Dan finished as the 14th in the world in the CrossFit Games last year, putting him in the top 0.1 percent among 20000+ athletes worldwide.

Dan and I spoke about different strategies in health and fitness, about pushing yourself and “embracing the suck” when it comes to really transforming your body, mind and soul. I loved his take on the NBC’s show “STRONG” and how they are focused on fat loss and muscle gain, unlike The Biggest Loser where they are just focused on weight loss.
