In lieu of this Monday’s message about triggers, I happened to have a podcast in the que about triggers that I recorded a couple months ago. I feel like I have grown more from the time I recorded this to the time I am posting. Triggers can be a word that we tend to avoid or run away from, but I invite you to check in and allow them to work for you, not against you. To guide you not detour you. I simply speak on my experience and how I use to react to them to how I choose to respond. Let’s flip the script of our experiences to work for us. Not to triggers, but to embrace the feelings they invoke so we can understand ourselves optimally. Which is the whole point of this human experience. Check out this episode!
