I've spent a long time the last few weeks, trying to re-introduce my routine back into my life. Coincidentally I had also been reading Hells Angels by Hunter S Thompson. I had known him to be an eccentric, but after I was not aware of the extent of his extreme nature. His tragic departure from this world was summed by his last note.

This was the note he left behind:

No More Games. No More Bombs. No More Walking. No More Fun. No More Swimming. 67. That is 17 years past 50. 17 more than I needed or wanted. Boring. I am always bitchy. No Fun – for anybody. 67. You are getting Greedy. Act your old age. Relax – This won’t hurt.
