Disclaimer: No topic is off-limits in the world of WFO, as long as it meets our stated goals of mastering self, mastering craft, and accomplishing any mission (plus the occasional intellectual oddity). We definitely achieved this in Episode 90, where we unpacked a challenging situation from many aspects: Transgender females competing with biological females. We had an open mind, open discussion and kept an objective approach discussing the Pros and Cons for both sides. We expect (and hope) to generate some dialogue on this topic via our social media accounts and the Future Focus Health Network.
